Try some new positions: Spin 360 degrees in your US$450,000 rotating Three Sixty bed

First created for guests at London’s The Savoy hotel in 1905, Savoir has been taking care of bedtime for celebrities, royalty and other elite clients for more than 100 years – and now they’re spinning sleepers, too
WHAT: Savoir Beds’ Three Sixty bed
HOW MUCH: US$450,000 (HK$3.5 million)
WHY: It does not get much better than tucking into a bespoke rotating bed by luxury bed-maker Savoir Beds. First created for guests at London’s The Savoy hotel in 1905, Savoir has been taking care of bedtime for celebrities, royalty and other elite clients for more than 100 years.
Savoir has combined its skills in bed-making with the latest turntable and kinetic technologies to create one of the most luxurious rotating beds in the world, called the Three Sixty.
Savoir collaborated with creator of bespoke turntable technology, Bumat. Naturally, the Three Sixty rotates a full 360 degrees smoothly and soundlessly.
In addition to its silent turntable rotation that is controlled through an app, the Three Sixty also features reading lights, power USB outlets and LED lights hidden in the base to give the illusion that the bed is floating.
The bed takes 300 hours to make. “Bespoke” is the name of the game here – so the details are as you like it.
Only the finest natural materials are used. Opt for upholstery in velvet or cedar, walnut or bird’s eye maple for the veneer trim, or change up your topper with Savoir’s exotic Mongolian yak hair, said to be softer than cashmere but with better temperature regulation.
