K-drama fashion – the jewellery Son Ye-jin, Jung Eun-chae and more Korean stars are wearing in hit Korean dramas
K-drama fans are always on the lookout for style tips from their favourite actors. While the fashion that we see on screen varies depending on the genre, era and characters, STYLE has spotted a clear jewellery trend that has found its way onto many of South Korea’s most popular TV shows.
Stylish K-drama characters are often seen wearing designer looks that are flamboyant, but their jewellery choices tend to veer towards the elegant and simple. Characters are particularly drawn to demi-fine jewellery from top luxury names such as Tiffany & Co., Boucheron, Chaumet and Chanel.

In Itaewon Class , Jo Yi-seo (played by Kim Da-mi) wore demi-fine looks from Tiffany & Co.’s Tiffany T collection. The series of gold and silver jewellery pieces accented with small diamonds have become one of the brand’s most popular collections. A gentle sparkle and simple lines give the pieces a versatility that can work with both daytime and nighttime looks.
The Itaewon Class cast wardrobe revealed – how to get that K-drama look
Taking cues from styles featured in these hit dramas, we take a look at jewellers that have put their own spin on dainty jewels that sparkle with a light sprinkle of diamonds.
Chaumet
The Jeux de Liens Harmony Collection’s dainty design gets splashes of colour by way of carnelian, mother-of-pearl and onyx. Small diamonds add to the understated glow of these pendants. In varying sizes on chains of different lengths, these are great for layering.
Chanel
Bulgari
The jeweller’s new B.zero1 Rock collection riffs on the logomania trend and adds in a touch of diamonds. Pieces are chic with a sense of grown-up sophistication; we can see Crash Landing’s Yoon Se-ri add these to her power CEO look.

Harry Winston
Inspired by the rosette emblem decorating entrances of Harry Winston boutiques, the Winston Gates design features a centre stone surrounded by a ring of smaller diamonds. The pink gold plays a nice contrast to the pure white sparkle of the diamonds.
Cartier
The Clash de Cartier collection and its strong geometric look adds touches of toughness to feminine attire. The collection pairs well layered with designs like the house’s Love bracelet or the Juste un Clou range.
