When it comes to the Real Housewives franchise, it’s without a doubt that the Beverly Hills ladies lead the pack with their lavish and extravagant lifestyles. Since its debut in 2010, the reality show has featured a handful of Los Angeles’ crème de la crème that showed us how to: live in a behemoth of a Gothic mansion (Carlton Gebbia from season 4), fly about on a private plane (lady boss Adrienne Maloof), go on an impromptu holiday (Erika Jayne and Lisa Rinna’s infamous Tokyo trip) and obsess over Dolce & Gabbana (looking at you Dorit Kemsley).

However, the most asked question by many Real Housewives fans remains: which Beverly Hills housewife is the richest? We’ve done some digging and here’s their net worth, ranked from the OG to the newbie.

Kathy Hilton (US$350 million)

Charming fans with her quirky sense of humour and no-nonsense attitude, the franchise’s latest addition ranks first in the net worth game. Thanks to her famous Hilton surname, Kathy, 62, has a jaw-dropping net worth of US$350 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. The designer-cum-entrepreneur is married to hotel mogul Rick Hilton, but remains busy with her side hustles. She hosted NBC’s I Want to Be a Hilton (2005), released a signature skincare line on HSN and launched her own Kathy Hilton Collection, currently available in 400 stores worldwide. The mother of Paris and Nicky Hilton resides in a US$10 million Bel-Air mansion that she bought back in 2016 per Radar Online.

Kyle Richards (US$100 million)

Just like her sister Kathy Hilton, the last standing OG housewife has some unattainable wealth to boast of. According to Cheatsheet, Richards, 52, and her property tycoon husband Mauricio Umansky have a combined net worth of US$100 million. The former child star still earns money from acting gigs and her clothing lines (NYFW anyone?) and is a philanthropist at heart. But, she equally loves to splurge hard with her shopping, dinner parties and moving to bigger houses seen on the show.

Previously, Richards and family lived in the iconic 6,229 sq ft Bel-Air mansion that’s now re-listed for US$6 million per Bravo TV. Richards then bought an even bigger Encino mansion in 2017 for US$8.25 million. According to Trulia, her new property is a “seven-bed, eight-bath estate” that once belonged to Motown singer Smokey Robinson.

Dorit Kemsley (US$50 million)

The mother-of-two surely knows how to zhuzh it up with branded designer outfits and her famous glam squad. Kemsley, 44, is married to real estate developer and celebrity manager, Paul Kemsley, and together they have a combined net worth of US$50 million. Despite bankruptcy rumours (thanks Camille!), the fashion designer is still living large in their US$7.5 million mansion and working on swimwear line Beverly Beach and a new bridal collection with Nektaria as seen on her Instagram.

Speaking of Instagram, Dorit also loves to flaunt her obsession with branded items. She recently shared a closet full of Louis Vuitton goodies and confessed on Instagram Live that the Fendi Baguette was the first handbag she bought, inspired by Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City.

Lisa Rinna (US$10 million)

The vivacious actress has a long resume of films and TV shows (Melrose Place, Days of Our Lives) under her belt combined with a line-up of TV hosting and appearances (Dancing with the Stars and Celebrity Apprentice). According to Celebrity Net Worth, Rinna has a reported net worth of US$10 million and took home US$500,000 for her appearances on Real Housewives. Outside of acting, Rinna has penned three books, modelled nude for Christian Cowan’s campaign, and earned US$2 million from endorsing adult diapers brand Depends, per Radar Online. “That Depends job saved our bacon. I got paid more money to do that than I got paid to do anything ever in my life,” she told Bravo TV.

Garcelle Beauvais (US$8 million)

The actress joined the show in season 10 and has quickly become a fan favourite. With over 75 movie credits to her name (including a cameo on Spider-Man: Homecoming), it’s not surprising to learn that Beauvais, 54, has a reported net worth of US$8 million. This year, the mother-of-two has also appeared in Eddie Murphy’s sequel Coming 2 America and serves as the newest co- host of The Real.

Erika Jayne (US$5 million)

The singer and Broadway performer has had a rough patch since her divorce from lawyer husband Tom Girardi last year. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Jayne has a reported net worth of US$5 million, thanks to her music career and the US$500,000 salary per season on the show. Moreover, the 49-year-old diva is still banking on endorsement deals as she was recently featured on Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 2.

The Southern belle housewife definitely has some wealth to flaunt considering her love for couture dresses and expansive mansions (she recently bought a US$5.4 million Bel-Air property). According to Cheatsheet Stracke has a reported net worth of US$2 million after her divorce from mysterious and wealthy ex-husband, Christian Stracke. Apart from that, Sutton is also a top party planner and owns a fashion boutique called The Sutton Concept in West Hollywood.

Crystal Kung Minkoff (up to US$10 million)

Newbie cast member (and the show’s first Asian-American), Crystal doesn’t have an official net worth yet. However, according to exactnetwealth.com, her combined wealth with husband director Rob Minkoff could be up to US$10 million, thanks to his successful career as a Hollywood director for films like The Lion King. The 35-year- old is also an entrepreneur with Real Coco, a coconut-based company that sells coconut milk, water, coffee creamer and chips.
