Claire Choisne brings fresh life to a 160-year-old design classic with new brooches, rings, a bracelet, choker, pendant and hoop earrings
This year Boucheron revisits one of its most enduring motifs with Flèche, a new collection of eight diamond pieces that reimagine the arrow in both literal and figurative form. Under creative director Claire Choisne, the maison distils over 160 years of design heritage into a contemporary language that’s precise, monochrome and free from excess.

The arrow first appeared in Boucheron’s creations way back in the 1860s. Across the decades, the motif has adapted to fit changing styles – adorned with Egyptian motifs during the Orientalist period, gilded with peacock feathers or entwined with foliage. In the art deco 1920s, it became sleek and geometric. Through every transformation, the arrow has remained a testament to the maison’s technical mastery and its instinct for reinvention.

Choisne’s latest collection for the maison offers two brooches. One is minimalist and linear; the other oversized, almost sculptural, playing with scale and surface. Both are composed of baguette and round diamonds, cut to enhance contrast and structure.
The rings follow similar logic: the first a curved band of round diamonds, subtle and contained; the second more directional, spanning three fingers with a feathered pavé and a sharply defined ridge.

A clasp-free bracelet and choker introduce movement: exceptionally flexible, they coil easily around the body. A pendant and hoop earrings complete the collection, each drawing from the same vocabulary – clean geometry, monochrome stones, precision in every detail.

With Flèche, Boucheron offers its unmistakable craftsmanship in distinctly contemporary, genderless ornaments designed for those who move with intent. The campaign reflects this energy: in a contemporary pas de deux, a woman and a man move with the focus of archers, their invisible bows drawn not at enemies or lovers, but targeted steadfastly at their own ambitions.
