These Aqua Terra and Constellation models capture sunny elegance with smaller, more jewellery-like cases and striking colours

Summer dressing is often defined by effortless elegance – linen tailoring, sun-washed colours and jewellery that catches the light without demanding attention. Increasingly, watches are becoming part of that seasonal wardrobe, and few brands understand the balance between sophistication and wearability quite like Omega.

Across its latest women’s collections, the Swiss manufacture has embraced luminous dials, softer proportions and precious materials that feel perfectly suited to long days by the coast beneath brilliant blue skies.

The newest expression of that style is seen in the Seamaster Aqua Terra 30mm, a collection that distils one of Omega’s most versatile sports watches into its most refined proportions yet. Long admired for its ability to move seamlessly between land and sea, the Aqua Terra has been reimagined with a slimmer 30mm case that offers a more jewellery-like presence while retaining the technical credentials expected of a Seamaster.
Among the stand-out references is the model in stainless steel with a shimmering lagoon-blue dial, its sun-brushed finish recalling sunlight dancing across the water. The signature symmetrical case, polished bracelet and clean horizontal detailing create an aesthetic that feels contemporary without sacrificing the Aqua Terra’s unmistakable identity. It is the sort of watch equally at home with a swimsuit and linen shirt as it is with an elegant summer dinner.

The Constellation, meanwhile, approaches summer through a more decorative lens. Just two years ago, Omega expanded this collection with an array of mesmerising spiral-patterned dials that blur the line between watchmaking and fine jewellery.

Radiating outwards from the iconic Constellation star at six o’clock, the swirling motif creates depth, particularly in mother-of-pearl and richly coloured versions. Available in 25mm, 28mm and 29mm sizes, these pieces retain the collection’s signature claws and half-moon facets while introducing a more expressive, contemporary character.

Last year, Omega refined the Constellation once again, this time focusing on glassy, polished surfaces and jewel-like finishes. The fully buffed-up steel 28mm model with its peacock-blue lacquer dial is especially striking, offering a richer, more saturated take on summer colour. Skeletonised white-gold hands glide across the glossy surface, while the integrated bracelet creates a continuous play of reflected light from wrist to clasp. The result is sleek, modern and unmistakably luxurious, proving that simplicity often makes the strongest statement.
