K-pop King G-dragon joins other stars to celebrate Nike Air Max Day 30th anniversary

G-Dragon and Ruby Rose star in ‘Kiss My Airs’ campaign as Nike’s iconic Air Max 1 celebrates 30 years of history
Thanks to the luxury athleisure trend, Nike is quickly cashing in on its upscale offerings – think the Nike Mag which was auctioned for HK$810,000 in Hong Kong last year. The iconic Air Max 1 was created by designer Tinker Hatfield on March 26, 1987, thus the special day was celebrated by fans every year. This Sunday marks the 30th anniversary of the Nike Air Max Day. Celebrity fans across the globe starred in the “Kiss My Airs” campaign for the special occasion.
K-pop singer G-Dragon wore Air Max LD Zero in the campaign while actress Ruby Rose of Orange is the New Blackfame channelled boxer chic in VaporMax sneakers
Local stars and style icons including Hilary Tsui, Joey Yung, Jan Lamb and Aga as well as boxer Rex Tso flaunted their favourite sneakers for the special occasion.
