Krug partners with Hong Kong chefs to offer tailored pairings
Krug lovers can visit Sushi Mori Tomoaki and VEA Restaurant and Lounge where chefs will prepare food and Champagne pairings tailored for individual diners
There’s good news for Champagne lovers: two more restaurants in Hong Kong will be joining The House of Krug’s Ambassades Programme – Sushi Mori Tomoaki and VEA Restaurant and Lounge. Sushi Mori Tomoaki is run by chef Mori-San, and VEA Restaurant and Lounge is a fine dining restaurant led by chef Vicky Cheng. Both chefs and their teams will provide individual diners with a tailored recommendation of specific food and Krug pairings.


The Krug Ambassades Programme invites chefs from around the world who are Krug lovers to embark on a journey of pairing different flavours and ingredients with a wide range of Krug Champagnes. Current Krug Ambassades in Hong Kong include 8½ Otto-e-mezzo and The Krug Room Mandarin Oriental.
