Van Cleef & Arpels is getting bigger and so should your waistline. The French jewellery house is celebrating the expansion and 42nd anniversary of its boutique at The Peninsula Hong Kong’s prestigious Arcade, and the hotel giant has come up with a special afternoon tea set to mark this occasion.

Available from August 14 to September 30 at The Peninsula’s iconic Lobby, the new afternoon tea menu offers an array of delectable refreshments to pair with the hotel’s fine teas. The treats on the different tiers of the platter centre on the theme of nature, which has also inspired numerous jewellery creations. Floral motifs and seasonal fruits are prominent and delicately crafted to mirror the equally exquisite jewellery pieces they pay tribute to.
