Aston Martin is building US$50 million luxury apartments in Miami
The maker of Aston Martin, the car favoured by 007 James Bond and numerous billionaires, is now entering a totally new business – real estate.
The Aston Martin Residences in Miami broke ground recently and consists of 391 luxury condominiums, marking the British carmaker’s first luxury property venture.
Construction of the 66-storey waterfront Aston Martin Residences, in partnership with local firm G&G Business Developments, is on track for completion in 2021. The project is located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in downtown Miami.
The residences and penthouses, which range from 700 to 19,000 sq ft, are priced from US$600,000 to more than US$50 million.
Key Aston Martin design elements, such as the signature carbon-fibre reception desks, will adorn each of the tower’s two private lobbies. Highlights will include doors with custom-made artisan Aston Martin handles, number plate plinths and kestrel tan leather door tabs.
Sky-high perks will include a double-level fitness centre overlooking the ocean, a spinning studio, a boxing gym, a virtual golf room, an art gallery, two cinemas, as well as a full-service spa, a beauty salon and a barber shop.
Residents will also be able to enjoy direct access to the turquoise waters of Miami via an exclusive yacht marina.
The Aston Martin range comprises the Vantage, Rapide S, Vanquish, DB11 and special-series cars such as the Vanquish Zagato and the Aston Martin Vulcan.
