The daughter of former US president George W. Bush pairs her gown with a floor-length veil and a sheer silk cape
Barbara Bush, daughter of former American president George W. Bush, married writer and actor Craig Coyne, who starred in Jarhead, at the Bush family’s estate in Maine last Sunday.
The bride opted for a wedding dress custom-designed by bridal queen Vera Wang, coupled with Gianvito Rossi heels.
She wore a bracelet from her grandmother gifted by her grandfather on their 70th wedding anniversary as “something borrowed”, and a pair of Larkspur & Hawk earrings from her twin sister Jenna Bush Hager as “something blue”.
The minimalist gown features a cowl neckline and spaghetti straps, complemented by a dreamy floor-length veil and a sheer silk cape draping over her shoulders.
The small scale and intimate ceremony was attended by the couple’s families and friends, including her grandfather, 94-year-old George H.W. Bush, who was the 41st president of the United States.
