Tsim Sha Tsui’s Hyatt Regency has prepared a line-up of delicious game with delectable autumnal ingredients such as figs and mushrooms.
Stick your fork into French porcini foam soup with game praline, venison tartare with sour marinated butternut squash or pumpkin seed crusted red deer loin with Brussels sprouts, chestnuts and heirloom carrots.

Grand Hyatt’s buffet line-up at Tiffin decided to raise the stakes and focus on pates and terrines made with pigeon, deer, foie gras alongside duck rillettes.

Wild hare is notorious for being difficult to prepare, and it is said that a French chef’s skills are only as good as this dish.

Hong Kong’s esteemed institution for French fine dining presents a sumptuous menu of wild game to die for.
