Let’s start close to home. American actor Paul Rudd should have hit the big-time with his debut role in the hugely popular teen flick Clueless, but it was some time before he hit those heights again – arguably not until landing the title role in Ant-Man in 2015.

During his less successful years he even came to Hong Kong, in 2000, for a role in the film Gen-Y Cops alongside local stars such as Edison Chen, Maggie Q and Anthony Wong Chau-sang.

Despite all that star power, the film was not particularly well received and definitely does not rank as one of Rudd’s finest achievements.

2. Martial arts helped Robert Downey Jr battle addiction
