French luxury brand’s creative director adds ‘vintage’ look to everyday autumn/winter 2019 Monogram Saint Laurent All Over designs in monogrammed beige canvas

The Saint Laurent summer collection revealed creative director Anthony Vaccarello’s newest handbag line, the Monogram Saint Laurent All Over, in a 1970s-inspired suede monogrammed form.

This season, the line continues its narrative with an all-new autumn/winter canvas exterior that develops a faded beige and brown patina over time, evoking enviable vintage appeal.

For autumn/winter 2019, the Monogram Saint Laurent All Over features an exclusively developed cotton canvas in a new round satchel, camera bag and seau.

The Saint Laurent monogram signature is embossed or printed on 100 per cent cotton canvas, which offers rigidity and water resistance for everyday use.

The concept was inspired by the architecture of Yves Saint Laurent museums in Paris and Marrakech, with a particular focus on the Moroccan textured, earth-toned facade of the Marrakech museum, and the historical richness of the Saint Laurent brand.

Three new leather satchels, which look to become everyday staples for designer bag lovers, were also revealed in the autumn/winter collection.

For those in search of the next BOTD (“Bag Of The Day”), the iconic “Y”-quilted front on the new Joan satchel might just make your seasonal wardrobe.
