Marvel’s Avengers: Endgame finally topped Avatar as the biggest-grossing movie of all time over the weekend.
Endgame has grossed US$2.790 billion globally compared to Avatar’s US$2.789 billion (though if you take inflation into account, Endgame would have to make an astounding US$7.4 billion worldwide to beat Gone with the Wind from 1939).
Other Marvel movies that are among the 10 highest-grossing movies ever include Black Panther and The Avengers.
