The world can’t have enough of her lipsticks – and Kylie Jenner apparently can’t have enough homes. The 22-year-old make-up mogul recently invested in her fifth mansion – something only expected of you after being dubbed the planet’s youngest self-made billionaire by Forbes.

This quarantine has affected property rates and those with money are looking to invest. Clearly Jenner is getting the right guidance (momager in action?) and was able to snap her latest buy for US$36.5 million – after it was originally listed for US$55 million.

There are only 6 billionaires in Hollywood – can you guess who?

This massive new property is nestled in one of the coveted areas of Los Angeles, called Holmby Hills. Jenner’s new home looks fit to impress a “King Kylie”, measuring up at 15,350 square feet (1,426 square metres) spanning over one floor.

It comes with a guardhouse, two guest apartments, seven bedrooms (clearly needed when her BFF’s like Anastasia Karanikolaou never leave) and 14 bathrooms inside the property.

The house also includes a stunning chef’s kitchen with chic, European-style cabinetry, and a dizzying array of designer appliances. There are plenty of ways to keep yourself entertained here, though the family is so self-entertaining they really don’t need those outdoor projection screens, home theatre, bars, game rooms and the like.

The glam would not be complete without a gym, and sports court good for playing pickle ball and basketball.

Let’s not forget that Jenner loves her supercars and wouldn’t have them left soaking the scorching LA sun. The mansion comes with a garage that is big enough for 20 cars.

There is also a luxurious swimming pool for little Stormi to play in. Her main residence, however, is a sprawling estate out in the San Fernando Valley’s Hidden Hills neighbourhood, bought for US$12 million in 2016 and since extensively renovated.
