In China today, female billionaires are frequently spotted behind the wheels of Ferraris and Lamborghinis. Ji Kaiting is one of them. She was once called the youngest billionaire in the world and owns numerous luxury cars including highly coveted and valuable limited editions.

She has also proved something of a mysterious figure, with a general lack of information made public, and her laying low has aroused the curiosity of many. She comes from a prestigious background

As the daughter of Ji Haipeng, CEO of real estate firm Logan Property Holdings, Ji Kaiting was reported to be the world’s youngest billionaire, according to Forbes back in 2014, at the mere age of 24. According to Australian media reports in 2019, she was said to have a net fortune of US$1.3 billion.

When Ji was only 24, her father had transferred part of the family fortune to her name. Ji also received 85 per cent of the company thanks to her father, making her the largest stockholder in Logan Property Holdings.

Despite her initial wealth, Ji is said to be a hard worker in her own right. She has always been at the top of her class and earned a diploma from Singapore Institute of Management as well as a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from University of London.

In terms of work, Ji has demonstrated the skills she learned during her days at university while helping her father to run the company. Additionally, employees in the company have also recognised her excellent management skills.
