Rock like Ivanka Trump on Zoom calls with this summer’s accessories from Gucci, Hermès and Dior

From Qeelin’s Double Wulu earrings to the Dioriviera saddle, this season’s stylish looks will mean that all eyes are on you
We may not be going out as much as normal, but that’s no excuse for not raising your accessories game when we’re all seen on screen day in, day out. Here’s a selection of stylish ways to quickly update your look when your friends come calling (online).
Swing this summer

Are you kept awake wondering which earrings to pair with your sunnies? Gucci has an unconventional answer for your next beach day: their latest range of eyewear comes with dangling earrings attached. The online exclusive collection was released by the Italian luxury designer in time for summer and comprises three limited edition styles, each in two distinct colours. Only 100 pairs of each version have been made, making them as exclusive as designer gear gets.
The collection is gender neutral, but there are two particularly feminine styles in the collection: an oversized butterfly frame and a thick square frame. These retro-chic sunnies feature a statement Endura Gold chain that swings from the temples. Attached are the detachable earrings, made from mother of pearl or glossy acetate, embellished with – or, for one style, chiselled into – the iconic interlocking G logo.
For bold summer style, keep your eyes open for the acetate frames in ivory-zebra print, created exclusively for Gucci, with matching charms.
Gourd fortune

It’s time to be doubly blessed with some doubly beautiful jewellery. Jeweller Qeelin takes the famous Chinese saying of “good things come in pairs” to a new level in its iconic collection Double Wulu. Representing intertwined symbols for fortune and love, the line features interlocking double wulus in 18-carat rose gold and diamonds, with the range comprising a pendant, bracelet, dangling earrings, ear studs and matching ring. The exquisite pieces embody a sense of strong commitment towards a special someone or dear family members.
The brand took inspiration from the wulu in ancient Chinese mythology, a traditional gourd whose shape resembles the lucky number eight. Legend has it, the wulu possesses magical powers of protection, lending a hint of the mystical to the jewellery set.
Showcasing fine craftsmanship and creativity, Qeelin reimagined the wulu symbol and transformed it from traditional to playfully modern with a sophisticated touch.
