Singapore, Seoul and Chinese cities lead the surge in pandemic-era home sales as WFH and larger living spaces become the ultimate luxury

  • Savills say there was a big surge in home sales in places like London, Dubai, Beijing and Shanghai, while many other markets had more modest growth
  • In Hong Kong, homebuyers prefer a smaller flat in Mid-Levels, Kennedy Town or Sheung Wan, or a new apartment in the East Kowloon redevelopment
