Seven millennial brand ambassadors that broke the internet in 2016
Fresher faces are frequently spotted in luxury commercials and at high profile events. With Bulgari appointing rising star Kris Wu as its watch ambassador in China, the trend seems to be unstoppable. Here’s a look at the other young celebrities that are taking the luxury world by storm.
Kris Wu
As a global symbol of Chinese youth, the trendy idol is no stranger to the fashion world. Before being appointed as Bulgari’s ambassador, Wu also collaborated with fashion house Burberry to star in the brand’s campaign and walk the runway.
Kendall Jenner
As one of the most sought-after brand ambassadors globally, Jenner is the face of Estee Lauder’s multimedia campaigns, and Calvin Klein’s #mycalvins campaign.
Lily-Rose Depp
Depp is not only famous for having a celebrity father, but also for her charisma. The best evidence is her long history with Chanel. The celebrity offspring as well as fashion muse is the new face of the house’s new scent and the campaign she has recently landed.
Willow Smith
Smith is another famous teen chosen by Chanel. As the house’s latest ambassador, the 15-year-old follows in Depp’s footsteps, starring in a new Chanel eyewear campaign.
Jaden Smith
Willow’s gender-bending brother is also a brand ambassador. Jaden was chosen to be the face of the Louis Vuitton Spring Summer 2016 womenswear collection. Both siblings were recipients of The Fashion Awards’ New Fashion Icons prize this year.
Gigi Hadid
The big-time supermodel takes her career one step further by taking on the role of brand ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger womenswear, which included the launch of her first capsule collection.
Bella Hadid
Bella might have a lot in common with Gigi, but becoming Dior’s make-up ambassador has given her status in her own right.
