K-pop singer-dancer and actor Rain married long-time girl friend actress Kim Tae-hee last Thursday at Gahoe-dong Cathedral in Seoul. Kim wore a knee-length lace dress designed by her stylist. The couple are reportedly spending their honeymoon in Bali.

We caught up with Rain late last year at the opening of Nirav Modi’s flagship store in Hong Kong:


 
Gianna Jun Ji-hyun of My Sassy Girl fame married banker husband in 2012 at the famous Shilla hotel in Seoul. The stylish beauty wore a Jenny Packham dress on her big day. The couple have since had a baby boy. After giving birth, Jun made her comeback on TV with fantasy drama The Legend of the Blue Sea, now showing on SBS.

Lee, who is most famous for her portrayal in the historic TV drama titled Dae Jang Geum, shied away from show business after getting married. Like the star of a cheesy chick flick, Kwon Sang-woo was set on Son Tae-young even before they started dating. He persuaded a mutual friend to introduce them and brought up the topic of marriage on their second date. Since then, the love between the former Miss Korea-turned-actress and the heartthrob actor is still going strong after almost 10 years of marriage. The lovebirds tied the knot in 2008, and have a son and a daughter.  

Often referred to as the Brangelina of South Korea, Jang Dong-gun and Ko So-young set the bar high for relationship goals. The pair married in 2010 after a surprise announcement during Jang’s fan meeting that sent shock waves throug the entertainment industry. The pair have a son (born 2010) and daughter (born 2014).

Despite the controversy surrounding their 13-year difference, Bae Yong-joon and Park Soo-jin successfully tied the knot in 2015 and welcomed a son together last October. Bae rose to fame thanks to Winter Sonata, a Korean drama that marked the start of hallyu, or Korean wave. Park, on the other hand, is an ex-member of Sugar, a girl group which disbanded in the mid-2000s.
