American actor-singer Justin Timberlake and his wife, American actress Jessica Biel, have built up an impressive collection of properties around the United States.
But recently they have decided to sell their Soho Mews penthouse flat, located at 311 West Broadway, in New York – designed by architectural firm Gwathmey Siegel – which they reportly bought for more than US$6.5 million in 2010.
Timberlake, 37, who married Biel, 36, in 2012, released his fifth studio album, Man of the Woods, on February 2.
The couple’s spacious 2,598 sq ft (241-square-metre) flat has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms and has a balcony that surrounds the entire property.

The floor-to-ceiling windows are equipped with electric-power blinds to control the natural light that shiness inside the property.
