K-pop stars Jessica and Krystal celebrate Piaget’s new Possession watches and jewellery

HAPPENINGS: There’s nothing quite like a Piaget party. The luxury watch and jewellery brand celebrated its “Sunny Side of Life” theme with a party held at the K Museum of Contemporary Art, located within Seoul’s ritziest neighbourhood, Apgujeong in Gangnam. The party was joined by the crème de la crème of Korea’s high society and A-listers from the local entertainment industry, including K-pop star and entrepreneur Jessica Jung and K-pop girl group f(x) member Krystal. Actors Seo Kang-joon and Lee Je-hoon, actresses Chun Woo-hee and Han Chae-young, and K-pop boy group iKon’s Bobby were also spotted. Social media influencers were also at the party, including Hong Kong’s Faye Tsui.

At the forefront of the celebrations was the launch of the new Piaget Possession line. Within the line, the new timepieces feature fun rotating bezels,, while the jewellery side showcased bracelets and necklaces with orbs and rings with bands that can be spun. The playfulness of the rotating feature demonstrates the maison’s savoir-faire in gem-setting and craftsmanship in working with high-end materials like gold, diamonds, lapis lazuli, and mother-of-pearl.
