Who will turn up at this year’s star-studded Tmall Double 11 Carnival Night?

The Tmall Double 11 Carnival Night

A host of stars are expected to attend this year’s Tmall 2018 Double 11 Carnival Night on Saturday in Shanghai, on the eve of the 10th anniversary of the “Singles’ Day” Global Shopping Festival.

Under the theme of “harmony between heaven and human”, the carnival night is set to be one of the most star-studded TV shows in China this winter.

The event will be jointly broadcast live by Zhejiang TV, Dragon TV and Youku from 8pm as stars from stage and screen as well as the music industry seek to gain exposure and publicity.

Last year, the show attracted 390 billion TV viewers, while a further 45 million watched online.

So, who will be there?

Yi Yang Qian Xi

Also known as Jackson Lee, the Hunan-born singer, dancer and actor is a member of popular Chinese boy band TFBoys.

 

Miranda Kerr

A famous Australian model for Victoria’s Secret, she also represented the Australian department chain David Jones.

Jason Zhang

A mainland Chinese pop singer.

 

Xie Na

Also known as Nana, this Chinese host, singer and actress is best known for co-hosting the Hunan Satellite TV show, Happy Camp.

Angelababy 

Also known as Angela Yeung Wing, she is a Hong Kong-born model, actress and singer who is popular in China.

Chen He 

Also known as Michael Chen, this Chinese actor is best known for his acting role in the romantic comedy TV series iPartment. 

 

Show Lo

A Taiwanese singer, actor and host commonly known by his nickname of Xiao Zhu, which means “little pig”.

 

Wang Xun

Chinese actor, screenwriter and director.

In addition, actors and actress from two of the most famous variety shows in China – Go Fighting! broadcast on Dragon TV and Keep Running broadcast on Zhejiang TV – will attend, including Lu Han, Zhang Yixing, Huang Bo and Huang Lei.
