Chanel is a brand synonymous with all things classy and luxe. Throw on the maison’s interlocking C’s on a stone and even that will sell for millions. The swimwear designed by the late Karl Lagerfeld, was first showcased in the 1996 Chanel runway show where model Stella Tennant strutted down in it with a towel tied around her waist. The gorgeous and “barely there” bikini comes in black and features pasties (with the Chanel logo) that are only big enough to cover your nipples. Celebrities share rare photos of Karl Lagerfeld in touching tributes There was also another version in bubblegum pink (our personal favourite) previously worn by Carla Bruni. However, unlike its black counterpart, this one isn’t on offer yet. Japanese model Kōki appointed as new Chanel beauty ambassador As per EL CYĆER the bikini is available in excellent condition and will rent for offered at 10 per cent of its original price (currently undisclosed). However, there’s one small catch – It will be available only to residents of Los Angeles, meaning it will not be shipped outside the city limits. Yet if you’re in LA and in for some luck, Chanel’s two-piece could be yours for a short span at least! Want more stories like this? Sign up here .
