EVENT: Audemars Piguet’s Art Basel cocktail party

HAPPENINGS: Audemars Piguet hosted a cocktail party at Loft 22 in California Tower to celebrate its Art Basel lounge designed by Fernando Mastrangelo. With over 500 guests in attendance and international Paris-born DJ Willy Monfret on the decks, the inauguration party was a lively affair.

Celebrities who honoured the occasion with the Audemars Piguet family included Taiwanese actresses Ruby Lin and Aggie Hsieh, Taiwanese television host Chen Chien-chou, as well as Hong Kong socialites Eleanor Lam, Antonia Li, Sean Lee-Davies, Ruth Chao, Arthur de Villepin and chef Vicky Cheng.

The party venue was inspired by the Audemars Piguet Lounge at Art Basel 2019, titled “The Vallée”. Featuring the tones and textures of the Jura Mountains, the Loft 22 event was a seamless aesthetic development upon the Art Basel Lounge designed by Brooklyn-based artist Mastrangelo.
