Happenings: Fendi presented its Couture Fall/Winter 2019-20 Collection – “The Dawn of Romanity” – at Colle Palatino, the centre of ancient Rome. Guests enjoyed the celebration under the sunset with a private cocktail before the show.

A beautiful banquet dinner was held in celebration of the show. Live performances by Italian composer Caterina Barbieri and R&B duo from New York, Lion Babe, lit up the atmosphere of the night, followed by a speech by Fendi CEO Serge Brunschwig.

Delfina Delettrez Fendi and Leonetta Luciano Fendi, daughters of Silvia Venturini Fendi, creative director of accessories, menswear and children at Fendi, made an appearance at the show. Actor Jason Momoa attended together with his wife Lilakoi Moon and daughter Lola Iolani Momoa.

American actress Zendaya joined the night in eye-catching Fendi’s copper curls and golden goddess dress. Top Italian influencer Chiara Ferragni, wore from Fendi F/W 18 couture, appeared with her husband Fedez the Italian rapper, who dressed in Fendi’s FF motif-printed silk shirt.

Also joining the event were Catherine Zeta-Jones with her daughter Carys Douglas, model Winnie Harlow, Italian actress Isabella Ferrari, American actresses Zoey Deutch and Susan Saradon, Chinese actress Qi Wei, Korean actress Ko So-young, and Japanese model Hikari Mori. Everyone was holding a handheld wicker fan to celebrate the show and pay homage to the late designer Karl Lagerfeld.
