Meet Pierson Fodé from Netflix romcom The Wrong Paris

Over a decade after making his acting debut on Nickelodeon’s iCarly in 2012, actor Pierson Fodé is reuniting with the show’s lead actress Miranda Cosgrove in new Netflix romcom The Wrong Paris, which releases today.

The film follows Cosgrove’s character, a single woman who signs up for a dating show thinking it’s filmed in Paris, France, only to discover that the show takes place in Paris, Texas. Fodé stars opposite Cosgrove as the show’s bachelor and her love interest.

In July, Fodé shared stills from the film on his Instagram, and one particular snap of the shirtless actor grabbed fans’ attention. “Never thought abs could be that symmetrical,” one fan commented, while another humorously compared Fodé’s ripped torso to a cheese grater, writing, “Zoom in – they grated cheese off that to use as hay.”

He grew up on a farm

Born in November 1991, Fodé was raised on a farm in Moses Lake, Washington. According to his IMDB bio, the 33-year-old grew up making short films on his family farm.
Fodé has also been nominated for two daytime Emmys for his role on CBS’ long-running soap opera,The Bold and the Beautiful.
