If you’re wondering why Every Year After’s Delilah, played by Abigail Cowen, looks so familiar, it’s because she’s starred in not one but three major Netflix shows.

Cowen played the lead, Bloom Peters, in the live-action Netflix series Fate: The Winx Saga, alongside her Every Year After co-star Sadie Soverall. She also had minor roles in The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and season two of Stranger Things.

In Prime Video’s latest The Summer I Turned Pretty-esque series, adapted from author Carley Fortune’s bestselling novel Every Summer After, Cowen plays Percy Fraser (Soverall)’s childhood friend.

In true TSITP fashion, the show revolves around Percy, who is navigating her complicated love life with the Florek brothers. Meanwhile, Delilah has her own romance storyline with the older Florek brother, Charlie, played by Michael Bradway, who fans can’t seem to get enough of.

Abigail Cowen was born in Gainesville, Florida, in March 1998. The 28-year-old actress told Nylon in a 2021 interview that she has been acting since she came out of the womb. “When I was younger, I was always just outside playing and making up stories and that’s a part of acting,” she said.
