Dubbed the American royal wedding, Taylor Swift’s nuptials have been making media headlines since she announced her engagement to Travis Kelce in 2025.

Details of the wedding, which was held at Madison Square Garden on Friday, were largely kept under wraps; however, some media have reported that the bride wore a custom Dior gown and chose to forgo a traditional bridal party. Instead, her brother Austin was her “man of honour” while Kelce’s older brother Jason served as his best man.

The lavish ceremony also reportedly had a guest list of around 1,000 people, including Hollywood A-listers Emma Stone, Jessica Alba, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lopez and Adam Sandler – who is said to have officiated the wedding.

Swift’s aunt, Robin Gentry, also attended the event and spoke to the press about how emotional the ceremony was as she left. “They cried, and they laughed, and they danced, and they hugged, and they kissed,” she told LBC News.

The newlyweds reportedly exchanged 20-minute-long vows each, which Good Morning America host George Stephanopoulos described as “real, vulnerable, serious and silly, deeply loving”, per ABC News.
