However, Okoye’s baby mama Jelicia Westhoff recently came out to accuse the professional football player of cheating on her and being physically abusive.
“Imagine I shut my f****** mouth, lied about what you did to me, so you could continue your career and all you do is f****** embarrass us,” the model reportedly shared in a since-deleted Instagram Story. “You make me look like I’m a bitter baby mother when I helped you when no one was there for you!!! I made you! No one knew who you [were] and instead of loving us you beat me!”
Westhoff, who shares a three-year-old son with Okoye, went on to accuse the footballer of neglecting their son and cheating on her with both men and women.
“My son got hospitalised four times, [in] intensive care, with an ambulance!!!” she wrote. “His father didn’t even [come]! Which father doesn’t [go] to his child when your child is fighting for his life? Explain this to me?? Cause you can’t be with the mother???”
In a statement to Page Six, Westhoff further clarified that she had nothing against Cardi B. “[It’s] about you going out with any woman in public knowing that you don’t take care of your child,” she told the outlet.
