Therapuss with Jake Shane, hosted by the eponymous 25-year-old influencer, is going viral for its star-studded guest list, candid conversations and unexpected hilarity, which often results in meme-worthy moments. A-listers like Glen Powell, Julia Fox, Selena Gomez, Benny Blanco, Katy Perry, Lorde and Blackpink’s Rosé have appeared on the show, and a recent episode featuring Kaia Gerber has seen her opening up about her relationships.
The model, 24, who is friends with Shane, said, “I always dated people that were older than me, and so I was very willing to give up everything.” She also addressed her romance with Thunderbolts* actor Lewis Pullman, 32, calling it a healing relationship. The pair went from friends to lovers, and Gerber highly recommends the transition. Shane further remarked that the two were a “healthy couple”.

What’s his background?
Jake Shane Roshkow comes from a family of creatives. His mother is Washington Post columnist Helaine Olen, and his father is screenwriter Matt Roshkow.
Shane was born and bred in New York, and had a Jewish upbringing. He came out as gay in fourth grade – but only to his parents, per Teen Vogue. He is open about his struggles with obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety. After attending school in New York City and learning stand-up at Gotham Comedy Club, he went to the University of Southern California for a bachelor’s degree in public relations.
