One of them, Sullivan Dempsey, is stealing the spotlight lately, debuting a transformation in a recent series of fashion photos on Instagram. Fans may remember him as a little boy accompanying his father on red carpets, but the now 19-year-old served some striking looks in women’s fashion in a campaign for luxury boutique and brand Morphew World.

Sullivan Dempsey has a twin brother and a sister
Sullivan and his fraternal twin brother Darby were born on February 1, 2007. Their dad, Patrick Dempsey, is an actor and racing car driver who was dubbed the Sexiest Man Alive in 2023. Their mum, Jillian, is a New York-based make-up artist who has worked with A-listers like Kristen Stewart, Jennifer Lawrence and Sofia Coppola over the years.
In a 2007 interview with People shortly after the twins’ birth, the new father shared that the twins were very different. “[Sullivan]’s sort of the grumpy old man. Darby is very much the peaceful, quiet little Buddha,” he said. In another interview with People, the actor mentioned that Darby is way more “reserved and quiet” compared to Sullivan, and that the latter is “very funny”.
