Despite being less than 22cm long and under 17cm in height, Devialet’s new Phantom Reactor in matte black speaker delivers exceptional sound
In charge of the holiday playlist this season? Such a responsibility requires sleek, wireless speakers.
Fans of the French company may be surprised to hear the new release deviates from the brand’s traditional white gloss finish, but visually the new Phantom Reactor, which took a year to design, is more stylish than its predecessor.
Not only does the new Reactor have an intense colour rendering but, using an aqueous solution, the exterior offers a soft-touch feel without compromising the speaker’s acoustic quality.
As with the rest of Devialet’s Phantom Premier series, the matte black version features the brand’s 160 existing patents in acoustic and mechanical engineering, as well as 11 more patented technologies that allow for incredible audio outputs in such a small package.
Like the original iconic white Phantom Reactor, the matte black version costs HK$9,990 (US$1,275).
