Refinement, the common ground between jewellery making and dessert making, has been taken up a notch at Tosca of Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. Inspired by Italian jeweller Damiani’s signature Mimosa collection, the restaurant’s new afternoon tea menu crafted by Michelin-starred chef Pino Lavarra embodies the elegance of the exquisite creations.

Until May 13, the high tea set is available every Saturday at the Michelin-starred Italian restaurant. During this period, guests are invited to meet a Damiani representative who will guide them through the Mimosa collection, and try on the jewellery pieces in a private dinning room.
