JW Marriott Hotel Macau’s innovative pork mooncake will surely be a talking point at family get-togethers.

Chefs make their food more visually appealing.

The famed Guia circuit hosts the prestigious annual Macau Grand Prix from November 16-19. There will be no shortage of fascinating duels on the track.

“Rising stars” is the theme of this year’s Macao International Music Festival, which is organised by the Cultural Affairs Bureau, and runs from

September 29 to October 30. The festival has attracted many renowned musicians. The grand opening will be Umberto Giordano’s four-act opera, Andrea Chénier, 150 years after the composer’s birth. Leading Italian opera house Teatro Regio di Torino will present the love story, with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, led by conductor Andris Nelsons, playing the closing concerts.
