Light and clean flavours with a bias for acidity – think beef tartare with pickled radish, salty yoghurt and quinoa chips – are the central theme of the contemporary cuisine at this one Michelin-starred restaurant located in a former Jewish girls’ school. There are several set options at lunch, ranging from three to seven courses but dinner is fixed at seven courses.
