1. Bref by Darren Chin

Bref is French for “brief” and is chef Darren Chin’s “vision of a contemporary Parisian bistro”. The menu is still very much French, his flair for cooking is still very much Darren Chin-esque, but the setting is more casual and has less of the air of a fine dining setting.
