How dining on Belmond’s Eastern & Oriental Express has just got even better

Four famous chefs – Janice Wong, Luke Mangan, Didier Corlou and Ian Kittichai – will ‘pop up’ to treat diners on the train to some first-class culinary creations on special railway journeys this year
Belmond’s luxury-on-rails – Eastern & Oriental Express – is welcoming guest chefs over the course of this year for a series of pop-up collaborations.
Four internationally acclaimed chefs – Janice Wong, Luke Mangan, Didier Corlou and Ian Kittichai – will be joining Eastern & Oriental’s executive chef, Yannis Martineau, to elevate the train’s already exclusive dining experience.
Fast forward to September 2, and guests will be welcomed by French chef Corlou, who is known for blending Vietnamese and French cuisine. The last leg of the pop-up series takes place on October 8, when Thai celebrity chef Kittichai presents his signature dinner.
