Valentine’s Day is around the corner, and what better way to show appreciation for your loved one, than to make them something from the heart.

Today I made vegan food: it’s easy to be part of Veganuary

We went over to the Sweet Fashion House kitchen and met master patissier Gael Majchrzak, for a lesson in how to create the beautiful Mon Cherie cake, in time for Valentine’s Day. Majchrzak has studied the culinary arts since 1991, and worked in many restaurants and hotels from France to Moscow and now Hong Kong – so he is the perfect teacher for our lesson today.
