1. Bai Dai Beach, Nha Trang, Vietnam
Bai Dai Beach – known as Long Beach – is one of Vietnam’s most glamorous spots – as well as the very best surfing destination in the country.
The beach is known to attract many celebrities – along with its usual hip young crowd – which is why it’s known as the St Tropez of Vietnam.
It is located about 20km (13 miles) south of the city of Nha Trang, but it’s easy enough to get there by taking a shuttle bus or taxi from the city centre.
