Australian actress Margot Robbie designs new watch models for Richard Mille
Proceeds from the inspirational collection will go towards helping young Australians with high-care needs
Australian actress Margot Robbie has become the latest partner of luxury Swiss watchmaker Richard Mille. Robbie will co-design an exclusive line of watches. She will put her creative energy and her own interpretation of femininity into the design of several models.
“I am really excited to join the Richard Mille family. I have always admired the brand’s artistry and innovation,” Robbie says. “The watch we are working on embodies Richard Mille’s vision of horology; it’s beautiful, unique and modern. I can’t wait for everyone to see it.”
The proceeds of the collection will be donated to Youngcare, a foundation dedicated to helping young Australians with high-care needs.
Robbie grew up on the Gold Coast and moved to Melbourne where she began acting professionally at the age of 17. In 2011, she moved to the US to pursue her acting career. The actress is best known for her role in Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf of Wall Street. She starred as the female lead opposite Leonardo DiCaprio.
