Bovet’s Récital 22 Grand Récital took home the top prize at the annual Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève, known colloquially as the Oscars of the watch world.

The Récital 22 Grand Récital was awarded the Aiguille d’Or “Grand Prix” at the event in Geneva that helps recognise some of this year’s most audacious and meticulously created timepieces.

Jean-Claude Biver, long-time president of the LVMH Group watch division and chairman of Hublot and Zenith, was also awarded a special jury prize.

Van Cleef & Arpels won both the ladies’ complication and jewellery categories, while the audacity prize for the most forward-thinking design was picked up by Konstantin Chaykin for its Clown timepiece.
