Richard Mille’s new boutique in Beijing puts luxury watchmaking secrets on show

Richard Mille’s boutique at the Beijing Yintai Centre gives customers a chance to see some of the most advanced technologies available in luxury watchmaking today.

Swiss watch brand Richard Mille opens a much-anticipated boutique at the Beijing Yintai Centre. The brand also welcomes 20-year-old professional golfer Nelly Korda into the Richard Mille family.

The brand produces fewer watches than other maisons, but the new Beijing boutique will give customers a chance to see some of the most advanced technologies available in luxury watchmaking today.

The Beijing boutique offers playful vignettes of the avant-garde RM enterprise, with a glass art animation of the iconic RM008 and a 3.4-metre high ceiling surrounded by imported glass, leather and exotic woods to build the brand universe.

The new flagship is the second boutique in China after Shanghai, which opened four years ago – and both are the only locations in north China which offer the exquisite RM tourbillon calibres.
