How many thoughts cross your mind each day?
According to preliminary research from the Laboratory of Neuro Imaging at the University of Southern California, in the United States, for the average person it’s anything up to 70,000 in 24 hours – or 48.6 thoughts per minute, even while sleeping.
With so much crowding the brain space, some bright ideas that you’d like to hang on to may be gone before you know it.
Scribbling something down can only go so far and, unless you’re super-organised, a scrap of paper is likely to end up getting lost, anyway.
However, with the digital tools now available, it’s easy to take notes that can be stored in the cloud, ready to be edited, added to or shared at an appropriate time.
