Singapore activist Jolovan Wham fined for organising conference which included Skype call with Hong Kong protest leader Joshua Wong
- The 2016 ‘Civil Disobedience and Social Movements’ forum involved a panel of activists critical of the Singapore government
- According to the court ruling, Wham would be jailed for 16 days unless he paid the total fines of US$2,365
