At least 14 children die after ferry sinks in Cambodia’s Mekong River

  • The victims were aged 11 to 14 years. Two students and two adult boat operators survived, and rescue teams were still searching for one other student
  • Police said the tragedy happened after the boat capsized because it was overloaded, and there were no life jackets on board
