President Xi Jinping and his wife, Peng Liyuan, are making their state visit to Britain alongside about 150 leading Chinese businessmen and women.

They will join Xi at a number of important meetings with representatives from British companies.
On Wednesday Xi will be greeted by British Prime Minister David Cameron at his official residence before they attend a UK-China Business Summit at Mansion House, which will focus on investment, infrastructure and innovation.

Britain's Chancellor George Osborne has already said that Chinese companies will be allowed to take stakes in future British nuclear projects.
Here we take a look at some of China's senior business leaders who will meet with British company officials during Xi's state visit.

One of the top four firms in China’s aviation industry. It also has interests in finance, hotels and real estate.

ICBC is the one of China’s state-owned ‘big four’ banks and the world’s largest bank by market value.







Liu Shiyu
President, Agriculture Bank of China
One of China’s top four banks.

Another of China's 'big four' banks.
