Three hurt during Hainan Airlines emergency landing in China's Anhui province

Three passengers were slightly injured when a Hainan Airlines flight made an emergency return landing in Anhui province after a fire alarm sounded in its cargo bay on Wednesday, a local civil aviation website reported.

According to the civil aviation website News.carnoc.com, Flight HU7244 carrying 145 people left Hefei for Guangzhou at 9.35am, but the captain decided to return to Hefei after a fire alarm sounded in the rear cargo bay after the aircraft climbed to 5,100 metres.
The flight landed at 10:10am. The three passengers were slightly injured as they were evacuated via emergency escape chutes. Airport fire engines rushed to the aircraft but no trace of fire was found, the website said.
