Yang Shuaihong had to have limb removed below the knee two years ago after he was hit by a truck

A man who had part of one leg amputated after a traffic accident two years ago has got into the top 30 of a national bodybuilding competition in China, a newspaper reported.
Yang Shuaihong, 23, shocked the audience at the contest in his hometown of Chengdu in Sichuan province when he posed with his artificial right leg, according to the West China City Daily.
Yang used to work as a dance coach and was seriously injured when a truck hit a colleague’s motorcycle while he was sitting on the back.
He had to have his right leg amputated below the knee.
“I didn’t cry at all after losing my leg. When I saw my knee was there, I thought there was no big problem,” Yang was quoted as saying.
He started work building up his body before leaving hospital.
