A man who had drunk two bottles of spirits and six of wine drove the wrong way down a road in central China and crashed into two other cars. Nobody was seriously injured, but the man was arrested and banned from applying for a driver’s licence for five years, police said in a statement. The crashes happened after the man was driving to Loudi in Hunan province on Tuesday after drinking with four friends at lunchtime in Ningxiang county.
